Yes, when the building needs it. Off-hours work costs more in labor and we will say so up front rather than bury it.
How do you protect what is underneath?
We open only what can be dried in the same day, isolate the work area, and protect rooftop intakes so odor and debris do not get pulled inside.
Do you handle the rooftop mechanical units?
We coordinate with your mechanical contractor for lifts and disconnects, and we rebuild the curbs and flashings around every unit as part of the roof scope.
What is the lead time on a project this size?
It depends on the system and material availability. We give a real date range at the scope stage, not an optimistic one that slips.
Do you offer maintenance after the install?
Yes. Twice-yearly inspections with drains cleared, seams checked and a written record. It is the cheapest thing an owner can do for a roof this size.
